“All Rivers at Once” is the title of a poem by the 13th century poet, Rumi. The following excerpt from the poem inspired the creation of this piece:
What is the body?
Endurance.
What is love?
Gratitude.
What is hidden in our chests?
Laughter.
What else?
Compassion.
